Apple Trafford Centre Retail Store in Manchester UK, will double its size in the coming months. The current store, that is located on the upper level of the mall, is temporary moved to another space on the same level until construction completes in the original location. “The store has moved from space 146 on the upper level to a temporary store in space 126, formerly occupied by Bay Traders. Construction crews are working to knock down the wall between the original Apple store space and former Dolcis shoe store next door,” ifoAppleStore reports. The original store, opened in 2005, was only 30 feet wide allowing only a single row of display tables in the center. The new store will be 60 feet wide and will keep its original 75 feet depth. The new store is scheduled to open by November, just it time for the holiday season.
