9 to 5 Mac, and iFixYouri got in their hands a new white part that is reportedly a next generation iPad (iPad 2) bezel. The part appears to have the two holes for the Home button and the front camera.
Imagine the look on our faces when these pictures of a white second-generation iPad part landed in our inbox. Yes folks, it looks like the new iPad could come in white. That seems strange since Apple could not pull off an iPhone 4 with a white front, but I’m sure they figured out a way.
Apple will unveil the next iPad on a scheduled event at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts on March 2nd at 10.00a EST. According to reports the new device will be thinner, lighter and will come with a faster processor, more memory and a more powerful graphics processor. It will have a front-facing camera for features like video-conferencing, but the resolution of the new iPad’s display is expected to be similar to the first iPad contrary to reports suggesting a 2048 x 1536 screen.
